This year has gone by so far so fast.  I’m now on vacation in Rapid City, South Dakota visiting family, friends and checking out my old home town.

The vacation started out with an all school reunion at my old high school, Saint Martin’s Academy.  The local catholic diocese recently purchased the school from the Benedictine Nuns who ran it for many, many years and have converted the high school into the new grade school, added a new retreat center and are moving the local diocese offices into the building as well.  It is a rather expansive complex and give them plenty of space.

My parents and older brother and his family are here as well.  We are all having a nice time together visiting many of the tourist areas around the Black Hills.
