Beyond that I’m still working on the new place, playing with the pups, hanging out with friends, hashing with the Phoenix Hash House Harriers (phoenixhhh.org), hiking, biking and working. This makes it sound like I’ve been having more fun than working, but if it were truly a measure of time associated with order of mention it would be quite the opposite. Lots of work, but that is good and I work with a great group of people.

Mooch and I have been spending quite a bit of time at the dog park and he is making some good dog friends there. He is such a good dog and I almost don’t like to call him a dog because he means so much more to me than that word expresses. Isabella is also doing very well and has really adjusted well to the new house. I know she doesn’t miss the pool, but I do think Mooch does. That is my one sadness about this house, but it’s a heck of a lot easier to do yardwork than always monitoring and cleaning the pool.
