Juice Recipe 1

I use the Blendtec Total Blender (here) and use the “smoothie” button for the first blend and then “whole juice” to complete the process.

It consists of:

  • 1/2-3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup Aloe Vera juice
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 3 teaspoons of hemp protein powder
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup baby or cut carrots
  • 1/4 cup coffee beans
  • small sliver of fresh ginger

I normally start with:

  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Aloe Vera Juice

Blend until smooth, then add the additional ingredients.

I think that was it, I’m going on memory since I wrote it down at home.
