I use the Blendtec Total Blender (here) and use the “smoothie” button for the first blend and then “whole juice” to complete the process.
It consists of:
- 1/2-3/4 cup raw almonds
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup Aloe Vera juice
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 3 teaspoons of hemp protein powder
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup baby or cut carrots
- 1/4 cup coffee beans
- small sliver of fresh ginger
I normally start with:
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Aloe Vera Juice
Blend until smooth, then add the additional ingredients.
